For the love of your health...

Many readers of my blog know by now that for the past 6 weeks I have been training with The Athletic Club. I realize now how important it is to keep in shape and by in shape, my definition is not wheezing climbing a set of stairs, or getting winded walking quickly. I honestly thought until I participated in this little experiment I WAS in shape. I will say the sessions are getting better though not any easier!

I would recommend the great staff at Athletic Club to anyone... give them a try !
